That's just how I am, I don't like being around people I don't know, or even people I do know I don't like doing things like that.. I like staying unnoticed and to go to a gym I would feel like people are looking at me too much for comfort. And if I dared to do it, I would try acting normal but still be nervous and I feel like my being nervous makes it worse so I try hiding being nervous and that just makes it worse..... *social phobia* I sometimes feel like I'm about to pass out like I have stage fright.. so imagine if I were working out or something and felt like that, I'd probably actually pass out and that would make me feel even worse =/ lol

That doesn't sound too nice! Must really suck. They have pills for that, have you tried? It's the same people use on depressions, helps on things like that as well

Well when I was 17 I was put on anti depressants, they just seemed to make me have weird dreams, and the one the ended up giving me (prozac) tastes horrible no matter how I tried to get it down I could taste it for a long time afterwards, but still just messed with my dreams and I always felt tired. But I was in therapy then (hah she was a bitch and I just wasted her time as she often said)
The day I stopped that (18th birthday) I decided to stop taking the pills too, it was all a croc, they put me on that medication so fast... it's like I though you had to take time and evaluate people not just stick them on something then switch to another. Whatever
I got worse with it after graduation high school but I actually think I'm getting better at being in social situations, but it's still obvious.
The medication I'm on now also happens to be something like a mood balancer or something.. I really don't think I get an effect for that from it but I just take it for something seperate which I'm not too sure if it works for that either lol

They don't always work like they should I was using anti depressants for a few months now. Stopped last week. They did work. I was always on a bad mood and anything Pete did or said would piss me off. I was only happy with Emilia and she was the only thing that kept me going. They helped a lot. People noticed how I changed. And I hope now that I stopped taking them, I don't turn back into a angry bitch

lol yeah hope not.
I was a teenager then so maybe that made it harder for them to work as there's always warnings that they make teens even more suicidal.

I was on antidepressants for a while as well a few years back. They really didn't work for me - I could hardly drag myself out of bed in the mornings after a few weeks, and I stopped taking them shortly after.
